ImmunoDOT is a patented system: the nitrocellulose membranes, fixed on a polyester support to form the reaction strips, are sensitized with high quality antigens, which give the test excellent sensitivity and specificity.

The system has many advantages:

1. The presence of negative control and positive control in each strip allows the validation of each reaction process (and therefore for each single test) both of the reaction and of the reagent quality used (in case of non-staining of the positive test, the test is considered NON VALID);
2. Control of the initial phase of the reaction with the washing liquid due to the color variation on the dot;
3. Absence of false interpretations due to unspecific reactions
